Welcome to The Hub RV Park. These rules help keep the park safe, quiet, clean, and comfortable for everyone. The guest who makes the reservation is responsible for ensuring that all occupants, visitors, and pets follow them.
Arrival & Occupancy
- 1Check-in and checkout: Check-in is 3:00 p.m. and checkout is 11:00 a.m. Early arrival or late departure requires advance approval and, when available, is subject to a $30 fee.
- 2Occupancy: Two adults are included in the reserved rate. Additional adults are $10 each, as shown at booking. No more than four adults may occupy a site. Children are welcome without a separate child limit or fee, provided everyone can sleep safely inside the RV and all legal occupancy limits are followed.
- 3Visitors: Visitors are permitted. Anyone staying overnight must be registered and included in the adult count when applicable.
- 4Children: Children must be appropriately supervised by a responsible adult.
Vehicles, Trailers & Sites
- 5Vehicles: A maximum of two vehicles is allowed per site. A third vehicle is not permitted.
- 6Trailers: One trailer is allowed only when it fits completely within the boundaries of the assigned site. If a second trailer is brought, the second vehicle will not be permitted.
- 7Site boundaries: RVs, vehicles, trailers, outdoor items, and personal property must remain within the assigned site and may not block roads, neighboring sites, walkways, or utility access.
- 8Site assignments: Management may move a reservation to a comparable site when reasonably necessary for operations, safety, maintenance, or utility access.
RV Condition & Maintenance
- 9Roadworthy RVs: All RVs must remain registered, insured, roadworthy, movable, and in a condition that does not create a safety, health, or appearance concern.
- 10Repairs: Repairs or damage affecting the RV must be corrected within four days. Major repairs require management approval. Unsafe or immovable RVs may be required to leave.
- 11Utilities: Use park utility connections properly. Do not alter, tamper with, overload, or make unauthorized connections to park utilities or equipment.
Pets
- 12Pet limit: A maximum of two pets is allowed per site. There is no routine pet fee or pet deposit.
- 13Leashes and cleanup: Pets must be under control and on a leash whenever outside the RV. Owners must immediately pick up and properly dispose of pet waste.
- 14Unattended pets: Pets may remain safely inside the RV when unattended only if they do not disturb other guests or create a safety concern.
- 15Pet behavior: Aggressive behavior, repeated barking, noise complaints, property damage, or other pet-related complaints may result in removal of the pet or cancellation of the remaining stay without a refund.
- 16Assistance animals: Service animals and other assistance animals are accommodated as required by law and remain subject to reasonable health, safety, and behavior requirements.
Quiet, Safety & Conduct
- 17Quiet hours: Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Keep voices, televisions, music, vehicles, generators, and other noise at a respectful level at all times.
- 18Fires and grills: Open wood fires are prohibited. Charcoal and propane grills are allowed when used safely, attended at all times, and permitted by applicable burn restrictions or law.
- 19Firearms: Firearms are permitted only as allowed by Texas law. Threatening, reckless, or unlawful conduct is prohibited.
- 20Smoking and vaping: Smoking and vaping must comply with applicable law and may not create a nuisance, fire risk, or other unsafe condition.
- 21Conduct: Illegal activity, violence, threats, harassment, excessive noise, unsafe behavior, property damage, or repeated rule violations are prohibited.
- 22Cleanliness: Keep your site clean and orderly. Place trash in designated receptacles and do not leave hazardous, unsanitary, or abandoned items.
